Excellent hotel with fast wi-fi, helpful staff, and a cozy lounge area. On my first stay, they assisted me with printing, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for all solo travelers. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The location was very good. The main stop of City tour bus was nearby hotel
Hotel Breakfast wasn't good enough for its cost and never updated. And there was no hotel Parking garage and so it wasn't convenient to access in the heavy rain.

The place was spotless and nicely decorated, it had brilliantly helpful and very supportive staff at the reception desk. Thoroughly enjoyed our standard king room with a view of Radhustorget as well as windows out towards the main roads. Coffee/tea making equipment and glassware were nice.

I have stayed at The Square now on 4 separate occasions. All the staff are extremely friendly and more than happy to give information regarding Copenhagen and the surrounding area. The position and layout of the hotel is excellent, being a short walk from may excellent restaurants and great bars. Free wifi in the lobby is also a big plus for me. A great place to stay Already booked it again for my next visit. Well worth a visit
The only thing i would recommend would be slightly harder mattresses.

It was a lovely hotel, really well designed. It felt fresh, new, modern and clean.Lot's of attention to detail in the rooms with plenty of spot lights and a lovely bathroom etc..
A couple of things were slightly disappointing. a) The breakfast was okay but very random and very basic. Lots of bread, cheese and cooked meats. Nice but a bit stodgy for breakfast. A strange mix of random things like cucumber, peppers, pineapple etc.. Very odd mixture I thought. Where were bacon and eggs etc?? There were soft boiled eggs which were nice and the range of cereal was good too. So was the tea and coffee. What was there was nicely done but an odd selection. b) The separate duvet covers looked stylish but not great if you are a couple.

The location. That was also the reason why we chose this hotel in the beginning.
A lot of noise outside the hotelroom. We stayed at room 215. Which had a very poor view out of the window. Every night there was a lot of loud music, that made us wake up, or not fall asleep. And the backyard was so full of noisy ventilationboxes too. If I go to Copenhagen again, I will not have any problems to stay in this hotel again, but I will definately make sure that I get a room placed different in the hotel, than this time.

Nice room (was lucky to get upgraded), clean, very modern. Friendly staff.
No wifi coverage in room, had to ask for a cable - that must be fixed for a hotel like this. Elevators don't open automatically.

Clean, comfortable, good service ,free internet in the room-not needed password, very good breakfast, wonderful situated -close to all important places.I like it!
The need for cable to use internet in the room was not suitable for more than 1 laptop.

Excellent central location. Nice modern functional design. Keycard operated lifts gave extra sense of security. Very friendly staff. Full scale breakfast was good value for the money.
Had difficulties plugging in my 110v-220v adapter because of the semi- recessed ac outlets in the room. You will be hearing this complaint from many guests from the us, since this adapter type is very common and everyone needs to recharge their cell phones and laptops during their journey.

The Square's modern decor is both stylish and accessible, with spacious common areas, made it easy for seniors like me to navigate comfortably. The inviting lounge was a lovely spot to relax after exploring the city.
Better room temperature control would enhance comfort.

The hotel's proximity to shopping and sights is excellent. The breakfast has good variety and is reasonable value. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located very close to a night club which will not suit light sleepers or those who wish to keep the window open at night.

Central stylish offering quality rooms at affordable price.
The neighborhood is somewhat noisy, but that can hardly be avoided as the hotel is very central and close to an amusement park.

The location, the view, very very helpful and kind employees, the pleasant rooms, the relaxed atmosphere in the building..
Well, the noise from the street but this is absolutely OK for the location...
